JAKARTA - To improve English competency for students in Indonesia, Ruangguru launched the English Academy, a live teaching online English class with international standard curriculum.
Supported by international teachers (native speakers) and experienced local lecturers, English Academy can be accessed through www.english-academy.id. The first lessons will begin on February 1, 2021.
Ruangguru's Vice President of Product, Business & Operations, Ritchie Goenawan, revealed that the English Academy is a solution for students from the first grade (Elementary School) to High School (Senior High School) and the equivalent to continue to be able to learn English in the midst of various activities.
Various interesting features can be utilized, including a digital book, video recordings of learning that can be accessed at any time, and a placement test to customize the material to be taught based on the level of ability.
Each class has two experienced Master Teachers consisting of international and local teachers. English Academy offers a schedule of online courses four times a week. By applying a flexible schedule, students can adjust their attendance in the midst of their activities. (LM)
