JAKARTA - PT Yulie Sekuritas Tbk (YULE) plans to sell as much as 286.18 million treasury shares, originating from share buybacks from March 12, 2020 to June 11, 2020.
Agustinus Sumandar, Corporate Secretary of YULE, said that the plan to sell treasury shares is in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) 30/2017 and POJK 2/POJK.04/2013. "The company intends to sell and transfer all shares resulting from the buyback through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI)," said Sumandar through an official statement today.
The plan will be implemented no later than 14 calendar days, starting from the announcement of this corporate action.
As previously reported by idnfinancials.com, YULE allocated approximately IDR 70 billion to carry out share buybacks from March 12, 2020 to June 11, 2020. In this corporate action, the securities company owned by PT Gema Buana Indonesia targets to buy as much as 350 million shares. (KR/AC)
