JAKARTA. PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk annually allocates Rp 2.2 trillion to meet the minimum service standards (SPM).
Jasa Marga President Director, Subakti Syukur, revealed that SPM fulfillment includes various service improvements such as transaction services, traffic services and construction services. This is done in an effort to provide security, comfort and safety to toll road users.
SPM is a standard measure of service that must be met by Toll Road Business Entities (BUJT) in accordance with the PUPR Ministerial Regulation. So that the company annually allocates a number of funds to fulfill the SPM.
"The capex and opex requirements to fulfill the SPM of Jasa Marga toll roads are Rp 2.2 trillion per year," he said as quoted by Kontan.co.id, Thursday (14/1). (AM/LM)
