JAKARTA. The Ministry of Finance will hold a government bond auction next week with a target of Rp 35 trillion. The auction will take place on 19 January 2021 as part of the government's effort to meet the financing target set in the 2021 State Budget.
According to a statement from the Directorate-General of Financing and Risk Management on Thursday (14/1), the indicative target of the auction is Rp 35 trillion with a maximum target of Rp 52.5 trillion.
The series to be auctioned with immediate maturity is SPN03210420 (maturing on 20 April 2021) with a discount coupon rate. The other six series are reopened series which matured on 20 January 2020 with discount coupon rates.
The bonds will be auctioned using a system held by Bank Indonesia. The auction will be open using a multiple price method. (AM/MS)
