CMNP allocated IDR 1.12 trillion for Jagorawi Toll Road development

JAKARTA - PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP), toll road operator, has allocated IDR 1.12 trillion for the development of Wiyoto Wiyono toll road (Tanjung Priok-Cawang-Jagorawi section). This was conveyed by CMPN management in an information disclosure published on Friday (15/1).

Hasyim, Independent Director of CMNP, said that the funds for the development came from the second rights issue which took place on October 27, 2020. "Net proceeds from the public offering - after being deducted with the public offering fee - were IDR 1.39 trillion,” he said.

The remaining rights issue proceeds will be allocated for share participation in 3 CMNP subsidiaries, including IDR 180.72 billion in PT Citra Karya Jabar Tol, IDR 83.40 billion in PT Citra Waspphutowa, and IDR 13.90 billion in PT Citra Marga Lintas Jabar.

Up to yesterday (14/1), funds from the corporate action were still in the form of deposits at BRI Bank amounting to IDR 4 billion with 4% interest, at Bank Artha Graha IDR 733.30 billion with 6.75% - 7. 25% interest, and at Capital Bank of IDR  652.80 billion with 6.5% interest and current accounts of IDR 58.55 million.
