This was conveyed by Jerry Erfansyah, Corporate Secretary of PT Indah Prakarsa Sentosa Tbk (INPS) in an information disclosure quoted on Wednesday (20/1).
Quoted from the stock transaction attachment, MBL purchased 49,516,660 shares at a price of IDR 1,845 per share. If calculated, the transaction value was IDR 91.35 billion. After this transaction, MBL's share ownership increased from 0% to 7.62%.
The current ownership structure of INPS shares that are above 5%, among others, PT Sinar Ratu Sentosa by 6.92%, PT Surya Perkasa Sentosa by 73.42%, and MBL by 7.62%. (LK/LM)
