JAKARTA - PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) is targeting 40 million customers this year, up by 33% compared to the realization in 2020.
For information, the number of FREN customers in 2020 reached nearly 30 million. This year the company is targeting an additional 10 million new customers, an increase of around 33%.
Deputy CEO of Smartfren Djoko Tata Ibrahim said the number of FREN customers increased by 6.5 million compared to the number of customers in 2019 of 23.5 million. “We will strengthen networks, promotions, breakthroughs so that we are sure we can achieve these expectations," said Djoko as quoted from Bisnis.
To achieve this target, FREN has several strategies, one of which is to mobilize all lines to focus on customer growth. (LM)
