Emdeki Utama bags IDR 34.07 billion credit facility

JAKARTA - PT Emdeki Utama Tbk (MDKI) secured a credit facility amounting to IDR 34.07 billion from PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI). This was conveyed by Vincent Secapramana, Director of PT Emdeki Utama Tbk (MDKI) in a press release quoted on Tuesday (26/1).

He conveyed that the credit facility was for the import line Working Capital Credit (KMK) and bank guarantee limit. "To expand the facility, collateral is required amounting to 20.80% of the company's total equity as of December 31, 2019 or as much as IDR 175.16 billion," he said.

The credit approval transaction between EMDK and BBRI was carried out last week (19/1). Last week, MDKI paid off a number of letter of credit (LC) facilities with PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) worth US$ 3 million and bank guarantee facilities as much as IDR 1 billion, including revolving credit of IDR 20 billion.
