JAKARTA - PT Sejahteraraya Anugerahjaya Tbk (SRAJ), company that manages Mayapada Hospital, will conduct its third rights issue with an offering of 8,001,058,168 shares. This corporate action plan will be implemented no later than 12 months after it is decided at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on February 18, 2021.
Quoted from the information disclosure published on Wednesday (27/1), Arif Mualim, Director of SRAJ, said that the funds from the implementation of this corporate action would be used entirely for working capital. "The shares in the rights issue will be paid in cash and in the form of receivables from the company, which are compensated as share deposit," he said.
The holders of receivables to companies, in this corporate action, are related parties. One of the agendas in the EGMS next month is asking SRAJ to approve the compensation bill of PT Surya Cipta Inti Cemerlang (SCIC) for the obligation to deposit share prices in the following corporate actions.
