JAKARTA. PT Prima Globalindo Logistik Tbk (PPGL), a company that operates a logistics business, announced the acquisition of a new contract from PT Patra Logistik, a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.
Darmawan Suryadi SM, President Director of PPGL, said that the contract received by the company is for the delivery of 300 containers. All of these containers were sent from Tanjung Priok Port to PT Pertamina RU IV Cilacap.
The transaction value was not mentioned in the contract. However, Suryadi said that his party was trying to get another contract. "The company is also in the offering process and intensive discussion with PT Trakindo Utama to offer services for handling the import process," said Suryadi through an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
According to idnfinancials.com data, PPGL posted revenues of IDR 86.44 billion as of September 30, 2020. With this revenue performance, the company with total assets of IDR 122.13 billion was able to score a net profit of IDR 2.36 billion. (KR/LM)
