JAKARTA - Many financial industry players are trying to implement their best strategy, including the business units of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP) or MNC Financial Services, namely PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (BABP) or MNC Bank. One of the strategies implemented by MNC Bank in 2021 to boost business performance while accelerating national economic recovery is the appointment of a new business director at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS).
In the EGMS, the shareholders approved the appointment of Denny Setiawan Hanubrata as MNC Bank's Business Director. Starting his career at Bank Bali in 1996, Denny also has extensive experience at Bank Chinatrust Indonesia, Bank Permata, Bank DBS Indonesia, Bank UOB Indonesia, and most recently as Business Director at Bank OKE Indonesia before joining MNC Bank.
“Denny has a good track record. Therefore, we believe that MNC Bank's business will grow more rapidly and broadly with the addition of this management strength. That way, the business wheel that encourages national economic recovery can rotate faster," said the President Director of MNC Bank Mahdan after the EGMS in Jakarta on Wednesday (3/2).
Mahdan added, MNC Bank as a business unit of MNC Financial Services which is under the auspices of the MNC Group, believes that Indonesia's business potential in 2021 will grow rapidly. Therefore, now is a good momentum to increase the strength of the board of directors members so that they can accommodate these needs and potentials and maintain the quality of loans extended. (LM)
