JAKARTA. PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), one of the largest property companies in Indonesia, is targeting pre-sales of IDR 7 trillion in 2021.
Hermawan Wijaya, Director of BSDE, said that his party is quite optimistic about the target. The reason is that the target is supported by demand from the residential and commercial segments. "In 2021, it will continue to grow even though it is limited compared to the period before the pandemic. Consumer interest in the products we offer remains high," said Wijaya in a press release received by idnfinancials.com.
On the same occasion, Wijaya added that the high consumer interest was also reflected in BSDE's sales performance which increased during the fourth quarter of 2020 (Q4). In Q4 2020, the total pre-sales of this Sinar Mas Group company reached IDR 6.5 trillion.
"To support the pre-sales target, we will continue to develop the property areas we have, both residential, commercial and others," said Wijaya. (KR/LM)
