HOKI has 9.66 million shares after stock split

JAKARTA - PT Buyung Poetra Sembada Tbk (HOKI) officially held a stock split starting from today (11/2) after obtaining approval from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as the stock exchange regulator. This was conveyed by Muliati, Corporate Secretary of PT Buyung Poetra Sembada Tbk (HOKI) in an information disclosure quoted on Thursday (11/2).

She conveyed that the number of HOKI shares circulating in the public after this corporate action became 9,667,752,680 shares, up four times from the previous 2,419,438,170 shares. "The old nominal value was Rp 100 per share to Rp 25 per share after the stock split," she added.

As of 27/1, HOKI management approved the corporate action with 1:4 stock split ratio or from IDR 100 per share to IDR 25 per share. Meanwhile, IDX issued an approval to HOKI management for this corporate action yesterday (8/2).

She said trading in shares with the old value in all markets will end next week (17/2), while trading with the new value of shares on the regular market and negotiations will begin on (18/2). Trading of shares with new nominal values ​​on the cash market will start on (22/2). (LK/LM)
