JAKARTA - PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO) allocates capital expenditure (capex) in the range of US$ 200 million-US$ 300 million in 2021. This was conveyed by Mahardika Putranto, Corporate Secretary of PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO) in an information disclosure quoted on Wednesday (17/2).
According to him, the capex allocation is expected to be able to maintain coal production in the range of 52 million-54 million tons with a strip ratio of 4.8 times. "The strip ratio in 2020 was recorded at 3.84 times below the target of 4.30 times due to unfavorable weather conditions," he said.
In addition, ADRO management also set operational EBITDA in the range of US$ 750 million-US$ 900 million in 2021. "Adaro strives to improve efficiency, maintain healthy margins, maintain operational excellence, and provide reliable supply for consumers," he said.
In 2020, coal production will be 54.53 million tons, above the target of 54 million tons and sales volume of 54.14 million tons. (LK/LM)
