JAKARTA. PT Ulima Nitra Tbk. (UNIQ) to release 300 million shares or 9.56% of the total issued and paid capital with an offering price of IDR 115 per share.

With this public offering, UNIQ will receive a maximum of IDR 35.4 billion in fresh funds, which will be used for working capital. The initial public offering will be held from Wednesday (17/2) to Friday (19/2) and the allotment will take place on March 4.
