JAKARTA - PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero), or PNM, issued Sukuk Mudharabah IV PNM Year 2020 Series D, with a principal amount of IDR 308 billion.
The sukuk were offered with floating profit sharing per year. The securities trading and book-entry unit were set at IDR 20 billion. The electronic distribution date started on February 19, 2021 today.
Profit sharing payments will be made every 3 months, with the first payment on April 19, 2021. Meanwhile, the tenor of the sukuk was set for 2 years and 11 months, so it will mature on January 19, 2024.
PNM appointed PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk (BJBR) as the trustee for the sukuk issuance. (KR/VA)
