JAKARTA. PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) is targeting market sales revenue this year to reach IDR 3.5 trillion or up around 6% of the realization achieved in 2020.
President Director of Summarecon Agung Adrianto Adhi said that his company is targeting market sales this year to be around IDR 3.5 trillion, up slightly or 6.06% compared to the realization of market sales in 2020 of IDR 3.3 trillion. "Contributors to this year's pre-sales target can be contributed by the company's products in Summarecon Serpong," he said as quoted by Bisnis last week.
SMRA is currently starting to offer new products in every township project it has developed in Bekasi, Serpong, Bogor, Karawang to Makassar. Meanwhile, the company currently has a land bank of around 2,000 hectares.
According to Adrianto, his party will currently focus on residential products worth IDR 1.5 billion-IDR 2 billion which are in great demand by middle-class consumers. He is optimistic that the property demand is in line with the relaxation of the zero percent down payment (DP) given by the government last week which will make property growing. (AM/LM)
