Diamond Food realizes IDR 66.90 billion of IPO proceeds
JAKARTA - PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk (DMND), a food and beverage manufacturer under the brand Diamond, has realized IDR 66.90 billion from the initial public offering (IPO) proceeds as of December 2020. This was conveyed by Chen Tsen Nan, President Director of PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk (DMND) in the disclosure of information quoted on Tuesday (23/2).
He conveyed that the funds were used to inject capital to subsidiaries, while the unrealized working capital amounted to IDR 16.72 billion. "The net proceeds obtained through the IPO amounted to IDR 83.63 billion," he said.
The IPO was held on January 14, 2020 with a total proceeds of IDR 91.50 billion. The subsidiary that received a capital injection was PT Sukanda Djaya, while the remaining IPO funds were kept in deposits at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) with an interest rate of 3.50% per year. (LK/LM)
