JAKARTA - PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk (PSAB) plans to issue Shelf Registration Bonds I Phase VIII in the first half of this year. This was conveyed by Edi Permadi, Corporate Secretary of PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk (PSAB) in an information disclosure quoted on Wednesday (24/2).
Edi conveyed that the plan was in response to a request for an explanation of the volatility of PSAB's share price that took place last week. "However, the current market condition is still a matter of consideration for companies to offer Shelf Registration Bonds Phase VII," he said.
Yesterday (22/2), PSAB's share price closed at IDR 244 per share with a transaction volume of 16,421,900 shares. The share price increased compared to the transaction in (1/2) which was recorded at IDR 218 per share with a transaction volume of 15,591,800 shares. However, the transaction volume was volatile on (15/2), where the trading price was recorded at IDR 212 per share with a transaction volume of 733,879,000 shares.
As an information, PSAB has offered Shelf Registration Bonds I Phase VII 2021 worth IDR 257.26 billion on January 21, 2021. The bonds are scripless with a period of 370 days with a fixed interest rate of 9.25% per annum. (LK/LM)
