NFC Indonesia injects capital IDR 29.5 billion for Digital Consumer Engagement

JAKARTA. PT NFC Indonesia Tbk (NFCX) through its subsidiary, PT Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk (DMMX), has provided an additional capital of IDR 29.5 billion for PT Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE).

Budiasto Kusuma, President Director of DMMX, said that the additional capital is equivalent to 295,020 DCE shares. After providing additional capital, DMMX owns 99% of DCE's shares.

"This transaction supports the company's business activities," said Kusuma through the disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

According to idnfinancials.com data, DCE was acquired by the NFC Group in mid-2018. Recently, DCE has reportedly collaborated with PT Kimia Farma Tbk (KAEF) to provide digital cloud advertising services at 1,200 Kimia Farma pharmacies.

NFCX currently owns 27.43% of DMMX shares as of February 1, 2021. Then 26% of DMMX shares are owned by PT Jaya Distribusi Ritel, 16.41% are owned by PT Soteria Wiacaksana, 5.6% are treasury shares, and the rest belong to public investors. (KR/LM)
