JAKARTA - PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA), a pharmaceutical company, is developing marketing overseas by opening a new representative office in Seocho City, Seoul, South Korea. This was conveyed by Nadia Miranty Verdiana, Corporate Secretary of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) in an information disclosure quoted on Thursday (25/2).
She said that the opening of the representative office in Seoul was approved by shareholders in November 2020. "The business certificate was issued by the head of the Seocho Tax Office yesterday (24/2), with business registration number 559.80.0185," she said.
According to her, the opening of the representative office is to support Pyridam Farma's business activities in South Korea.
In December 2020, the company carried out a rights issue by issuing Bonds I 2020 worth IDR 300 billion. The proceeds from these bonds are used as much as 55% for the company's business development, 35% for capital expenditures, and 10% for health product development. (LK/LM)
