JAKARTA - PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO), a subsidiary of PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) launched a landed housing namely, Permata Puri Cibubur, with a down payment of 0%. This year's first residential area was built in three types to boost the company's sales.
Deni Budiman, Finance Director of PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), conveyed the 0% DP program in response to Bank Indonesia (BI) policy to reduce the benchmark interest rate to 3.5%. "The policy is to support consumers to buy housing with a 0% down payment and on the other hand increase sales for the property sector," he said in a press release, Thursday (25/3).
According to him, the housing is expected to meet the increasing demand for landed houses. Apart from Cibubur, West Java, PPRO will also develop other landed housing in two locations, among others, Semarang, Central Java and Bandung, West Java, with an area of 30 hectares (Ha).
Arso Anggoro, Operations Director 2 of PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) said that the design of the landed house is designed to be energy and lighting efficient. "All houses are designed with good air circulation and lighting. The concept design is green and sustainable houses," he said. (LK/LM)
