JAKARTA - PT Ashmore Asset Management Indonesia Tbk (AMOR) will pay an interim dividend of IDR 30 billion or IDR 27 per share. This was conveyed by Lydia Toisuta, Corporate Secretary of PT Ashmore Asset Management Indonesia Tbk (AMOR) in an information disclosure quoted on Monday (1/3).
She conveyed that the interim dividend would be paid at the end of this month (30/3). The schedule for cum dividends on the regular market and negotiations will be carried out this week (5/3) and ex dividends on the regular market and negotiations will be carried out next week (9/3).
According to her, the decision of the board of directors to distribute dividends was approved by the board of commissioners yesterday (25/2). Dividends will be distributed to owners representing 1,111,111,200 shares registered as shareholders as of March 9, 2021.
She said the basis for dividend distribution refers to the 2020 Financial Statements, in which net profit was recorded at IDR 39.89 billion, retained earnings of IDR 40 billion, and total equity of IDR 275.07 billion. (LK/LM)
