Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia issues IDR 122.5 billion MTN without public offering

JAKARTA. PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM) will issue debt securities in the form of Medium Term Notes (MTN) without a public offering with a principal amount of IDR 122.5 billion.

Based on official information from the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), the debt securities are registered under the name MTN II TRIM Phase I Year 2021. This 3-year MTN has a fixed interest rate of 10.5% per annum.

Electronic MTN distribution starts on March 9, 2021 and will mature on March 9, 2024. In the MTN issuance, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) was appointed as a monitoring agent.

Based on data from idnfinancials.com, currently 49.23% of TRIM shares are controlled by Advance Wealth Finance Ltd. Public investors own 40.13%, PT Union Sampoerna owns 9.85% of shares, David Agus owns 0.25% of shares, Stephanus Turagan owns 0.31% and Syafriandi Armand Saleh owns 0.24% of shares. (KR/LM)
