JAKARTA - PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk (INPC) projects the issuance of Subordinated Long Term Notes I Phase II  (LTN) as much as IDR 300 billion in the first semester of 2021. This was conveyed by Susana, Corporate Secretary of PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk (INPC) in information disclosure was quoted on Wednesday (10/3).

She conveyed that the proceeds from the issuance of Subordinated LTN will be used to strengthen capital and business expansion. "In accordance with the Bank's Business Plan (RBB), the issuance of Subordinated LTN I Phase II will be carried out in the middle of 2021," she said.

As an information, INCP will increase its main core capital by IDR 3 trillion before December 2022. As of September 2020, the company has a core capital of IDR 2.6 trillion. Fulfillment of this bank capital of IDR 3 trillion in 2022 will be carried out in stages according to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No.12 / POJK.03 / 2020 concerning the Consolidation of Commercial Banks.
