JAKARTA - H&M, a multinational fashion retailer from Sweden, announced its first partnership with e-commerce in Indonesia to sell sustainable fashion products.
Anthony Fung, CEO of Zalora Indonesia, said he was optimistic that the collaboration would receive positive response from the customers. "H&M is one of the most sought after fashion brands by our customers," Fung told idnfinancials.com today.
Meanwhile, Anil Malhotra, CEO of PT Hindo, operator of H&M products in Indonesia, is also quite optimistic that the collaboration will add shopping experience for consumers of H&M products. "Zalora is known as one of the fastest growing online fashion, beauty, lifestyle retailers in Asia," stated Malhotra.
A number of H&M product categories that will be sold through Zalora are fashion products for men, women, and children. To gain more sales, Zalora and H&M are giving a number of discounts and cashback.
According to idnfinancials.com data, H&M currently has reached 74 countries and has more than 5,000 outlets. In 2020, H&M's net sales exceeded 187 billion Krona or around IDR 316.46 trillion. (KR/VA)
