JAKARTA - PT Karya Usaha Kreatif (KUK), a subsidiary of PT Kresna Graha Investama Tbk (KREN) sold its shares to Arifin Wiguna, Commissioner of PT Dini Nusa Kusuma (DNK). This was conveyed by Dewi Kartini Laya, Corporate Secretary of PT Kresna Graha Investama Tbk (KREN) in an information disclosure quoted on Thursday (18/3).

She said the transfer of shares was due to the cost of the BT 123 satellite project continuing to increase and the project was still pending. "The transfer of DNK shares from KUK to Arifin Wiguna was made in a sale and purchase agreement (PPJB) worth IDR 6.23 billion," she said.

According to her, the transaction was carried out on November 19, 2020, while currently still waiting for the Sale and Purchase Deed (AJB). The share transfer transaction that was signed in the form of PPJB, she said, was not accompanied by an exchange of money. (LK/LM)
