KAEF allocates IDR 500 billion capex to develop digital services

JAKARTA. The management of PT Kimia Farma Tbk (KAEF) will develop digital health services to support performance growth this year. KAEF has allocated a capex of IDR 500 billion for the development of Kimia Farma Mobile.

Kimia Farma Corporate Secretary Ganti Winarno expressed his optimism about the pharmaceutical business that has the potential to develop in the future, even though the direction of the Covid-19 pandemic is still unclear. So he is sure that his party will achieve positive performance growth this year.

To achieve its business target this year, Kimia Farma has allocated a capital expenditure or capital expenditure (capex) of IDR 500 billion. The funds will be used to develop digital health services, namely Kimia Farma Mobile. "Kimia Farma has taken advantage of technological developments in the industrial era 4.0 and new normal by developing a digital platform, namely Kimia Farma Mobile," he said as quoted by Kontan.co.id Monday (22/3/2021).

This health service application has a number of features such as for purchasing health products, as well as access to health services for customers who need it. (AM/LM)
