Bank IBK eyes IDR 1.86 trillion fresh funds via rights issue

JAKARTA - PT Bank IBK Indonesia Tbk (AGRS) is eyeing fresh funds worth IDR 1.86 trillion in the third rights issue which will take place at the end of the first semester of 2021. All proceeds from this corporate action will be used for lending to debtors.

Ita Hidayati, Corporate Secretary of PT Bank IBK Indonesia Tbk (AGRS), said that the corporate action ratio is set at 20:13 or every 20 old shares will get 13 rights to subscribe rights issue shares. "The implementation price is set at IDR 170 per share," he said.

In this corporate action, Bank IBK determined the number of shares to be issued as many as 10,945,850,236 shares with a nominal price of IDR 100 per share.

In the schedule prepared by the IBK Bank management, it is stated that this corporate action will take place starting (27/5-8/6), the list of entitled shareholders is submitted on (10/5), the listing of securities on the IDX on (24/5), and allotment on (9/6). (LK/LM)
