Duta Pertiwi takes over Taman Permata Buana developer shares for IDR 293 billion

JAKARTA. PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) through its subsidiary, namely PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk (DUTI) is known to have taken over the shares of PT Itomas Kembangan Perdana (IKP) with a total value of IDR 293.24 billion.

Bumi Serpong Damai Director Hermawan Wijaya explained that the share takeover in PT IKP was carried out by its subsidiary, PT Duta Pertiwi, for IKP series A shares amounting to 14,700 shares or IDR 147 billion and series B as many as 25,068 shares worth IDR 146.24 billion.

According to Hermawan, the consideration in conducting the transaction was to maintain the share ownership percentage of DUTI in IKP and develop IKP business activities. This transaction explains that there is no affiliation between the parties, namely DUTI with PT JCREAL and TPB Development Pte. Ltd.

PT Itomas Kembangan Perdana is a real estate project development company in Taman Permata Buana. In this company, DUTI collaborates with PT JCREAL and TPB Development Pte. Ltd.

"The takeover of shares resulted in IKP becoming a subsidiary of DUTI," wrote Hermawan in an information disclosure, Tuesday (23/3/2021). (AM/LM)
