JAKARTA - EP ID Holdings Pte Ltd (EPID) will hold a 49.67%-51.06% stake in PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (CENT) after the fourth rights issue on 27 May-3 June 2021. In this corporate action, CENT is eyeing fresh funds of around IDR 2.56 trillion by issuing 12,736,171,433 shares.
In a brief prospectus quoted on Thursday (1/4), CENT currently has registered an authorized capital of IDR 6.90 trillion, including issued and paid up capital of IDR 3.11 trillion with a share ownership structure of Clover Universal Enterprise Ltd (Clover) of 47, 95% and EPID 43.80%, and public 8.25%. Clover and EPID have stated their participation in the corporate action later.
With the estimation that all CENT's shareholders will participate in the corporate action, CENT's issued and paid-up capital will increase to IDR 3.87 trillion and the shareholder structure is Clover 40.97%, EPID 49.67%, and the public 9.36%.
If it is assumed that public shareholders do not participate in the corporate action, the issued and paid-up capital will increase to IDR 3.76 trillion with a shareholder structure, namely Clover 42.12%, EPID 51.06%, and the public 6.83%.
CENT plans to use the proceeds from the rights issue of IDR 45 billion for working capital and the rest to build telecommunication tower infrastructure. (LK/LM)
