JAKARTA – PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO) has allotted a cash dividend of IDR 561.90 billion from its 2020 net profit of IDR 934.01 billion. This decision has been approved by the 2020 General Meetings of Shareholders held yesterday (31/3).
Tiur Simamora, Corporate Secretary of SIDO, mentioned that another agreement reached throughout the meeting was regarding the interim dividend of IDR 372.10 billion distributed in November 2020. “The amount of dividend paid, based on the list of the shareholders for the fiscal year, reached IDR 934.10 billion; it was 100% of the net profit,” Simamora explained through the information disclosure on Thursday (1/4).
Based on the schedule set in the meeting, the cash dividend would be paid on April 29, 2021. The cum and ex-dividend in the regular and negotiation market would occur on April 9 and 12, 2021, while the cum and ex-dividend in the cash market would be on April 13 and 14, 2021.
As of December 2020, SIDO has acquired revenues worth IDR 3.33 trillion, climbing up from IDR 3.06 trillion in 2019. Meanwhile, its net profit reached IDR 934.01 billion, also increasing from IDR 807.68 billion in 2019. (LK/ZH)
