JAKARTA - PT Anugrah Cakrawala Dunia (ACD) has taken over 594,720,000 shares of Akam and Hidayat Winardi in PT Agro Yasa Lestari Tbk (AYLS) with a free of payment mechanism in the negotiation market in the middle of last month.

Akam, President Director of PT Agro Yasa Lestari Tbk (AYLS), said that the transaction price for the transfer of shares was agreed upon at IDR 25.22 per share or a total of IDR 15 billion. "The share takeover was agreed with a transaction price of IDR 25.22 per share, but the transaction price at IDX could not accommodate the decimal value, so it was agreed to round up the transaction value to IDR 25 per share," he said.

According to him, the sale of shares was triggered by the need for fresh funds in the midst of the COVID-19 conditions, while on the other hand, ACD views the purchase of shares as a buying opportunity to buy AYLS shares compared to market prices.

Hidayat Winardi is known as the President Commissioner of AYLS. Meanwhile, ACD is owned by Samuel D Rusli and Susanna Rusli, who are the holders of 69.70% of AYLS shares. (LK/LM)
