JAKARTA. PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (JRPT) has successfully issued a buyback of 43.3 million units of shares from January 4 to April 1, 2021.
Yohannes Henky Wijaya, the Vice President Director of JRPT, explained the company’s total fund for the shares buyback was equal to IDR 24.35 billion. The lowest and the highest price to be spent during this buyback were IDR 532.75 per share and IDR 600 per share, respectively.
Wijaya also mentioned that JRPT still has a remaining fund for the buyback of IDR 25.45 billion, equivalent to 51.09% of the company’s fund allotted for the shares buyback until January 4, 2021.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, the stock price of JRPT was closed at a stagnant level of IDR 575 per share during the stock trading closing time at Indonesia Stock Exchange on Monday (5/4). However, during the day, the price once went up to IDR 580 per share. (KR/ZH)
