JAKARTA. The postponement of a number of new project tenders throughout 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic caused PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (ACTS) to lose IDR 1.3 trillion, so the company's GMS agreed not to distribute dividends for the 2020 performance.

Corporate Secretary Maria Cesilia Hapsari explained this as part of the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held on Tuesday (6/4/2021).

ACST in 2020 posted revenues of IDR 1.2 trillion, a decrease of 69.62% from 2019. Meanwhile, comprehensive losses attributable to the parent entity amounted to IDR 1.32 trillion, an increase in losses achieved in 2019 of IDR 1.14 trillion.

Until December 2020, ACTS has won a new contract value of IDR 289 billion, consisting of the foundation project for the LRT-HSR Halim Integration Station, the foundation for Avania Residence and the Kertajati International Airport access toll road, West Java. The majority of new 2020 contracts are dominated by foundation work. (AM/LM)
