JAKARTA - PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), the developer of the integrated city of Deltamas, pocketed pre-sales (marketing sales) of IDR 288 billion in the first quarter of 2021. This achievement is in line with the marketing sales target of IDR 2 trillion by the end of this year.

Tondy Suwanto, Director of PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) said that the largest sales contribution came from industrial land with an area of ​​10.4 hectares (Ha), especially for the data center sector. "Currently, there is still a demand for around 75 hectares of land for industry from the data center, automotive and other sectors which are being negotiated," he said in a press release quoted on Friday (9/4).

According to him, land demand from the data center sector is showing an increase. In 2020, 20 hectares of land for data center customers will be sold. In addition, the company also continues to develop land for housing on the site as well as land for other supporting facilities, including shopping centers and health facilities. (LK/LM)
