JAKARTA. PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) would distribute the cash dividend of IDR 130.73 billion taken from its net profit in 2020.
The decision has gained approval after the Annual General Shareholders Meeting on April 8, 2021. During the meeting, the shareholders agreed to distribute 27% of the company’s net profit as the cash dividend. Later, those who own the shares would be given the dividend of IDR 12.5 each.
The management of DSNG has set the cum dividend in the regular and negotiation market on April 16, 2021, and April 20, 2021, in the cash market. The dividend payment would follow on May 6, 2021.
According to idnfinancials.com, DSNG reported a net profit of IDR 476.6 billion in the fiscal year 2020. This gain was made possible by the company’s sales and revenue performance that reached IDR 6.7 trillion. (KR/ZH)
