JAKARTA - Entering the 2nd week of April 2021, which is during the 5-9 April 2021 period, the Indonesian Capital Market recorded data that the majority of them moved positively.
The highest increase occurred in the Exchange's daily average transaction volume of 16.15 percent to 15.907 billion shares from 13.695 billion shares the previous week. Then, the increase was followed by the Exchange daily average frequency of 4.40 percent to 1,047,771 transactions from the previous week's 1,003,634 transactions.
Market capitalization during the week also increased by 1.02 percent to Rp7,174.001 trillion from Rp7,101,430 trillion at the close of the previous week. The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) during the week also increased by 0.98 percent at the level of 6,070.209 from 6,011.456 in the previous week.
Meanwhile, the average daily transaction value of the Exchange experienced a change of 10.52 percent to IDR 9.510 trillion from IDR 10.628 trillion in the previous week. On Friday (9/4), foreign investors recorded a net selling value of IDR 32.99 billion, while during 2021 foreign investors recorded a net purchase of IDR 8.853 trillion. (LM)
