JAKARTA – PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) deposited USD 6.9 million for its 13th loan interest payment of Tranche A today (12/4). This was announced by Dileep Srivastava, the Director of BUMI, through the company’s information disclosure.
It was stated that the cash payment for Tranche A had been made amounting to USD 341.7 million, consisting of the principal of USD 195.8 million and its interest of USD 145.9 million. “The paid interest includes accrued and back interests,” Srivastava explained.
According to Srivastava, the company currently prepares another payment for Tranche A due in July 2021. Additionally, BUMI also is processing Payment-in-Kind (PIK) coupon from April 11, 2018, until April 12, 2021, for Tranche B and C. (LK/ZH)
