JAKARTA. PT Asabri (Persero) announced the divestment of 1.7% of its shares at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB) through direct selling.
Tjandra Gunawan, the President Director of BBYB, stated that the shares had been sold gradually from March 2, 2021, until March 29, 2021. The total shares divested by Asabri were equal to 113.26 million units of shares.
After this divestment, the total shares’ ownership of Asabri in BBYB has been diluted to 16.83%, equivalent to 1.12 billion shares. Prior to this transaction, Asabri owned 18.53% of BBYB, equivalent to 1.23 billion shares.
According to idnfinancials.com, 24.98% of BBYB’s shares belonged to PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia, 20.13% Gozco Capital, 16.83% Asabri, 11.10% Yellow Brick Enterprise Ltd., while the remaining 18.14% was distributed among the public investors. (KR/ZH)
