JAKARTA. PT Multifiling Mitra Indonesia Tbk (MFMI) distributed an interim dividend of IDR 11.36 billion after selling its assets in the form of a warehouse worth IDR 69.9 billion.
The plan has been approved during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting held earlier this week. The value of the interim dividend to be distributed was IDR 15.
The management has decided that the cum dividend in the regular and negotiation market would be on April 20, 2021, and April 22, 2021, in the cash market. The payment would follow on May 3, 2021.
As mentioned last week on idnfinancials.com, MFMI has sold its land and building assets to PT Central Sari Realty (CSR) with transaction value of IDR 69.9 billion. These assets include lands and buildings in Pasuruan, Bandung, Bali, Klaten, Makassar, Balikpapan, Palembang, Pekanbaru, and Semarang. (KR/ZH)
