JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Astra Graphia Tbk (ASGR) approved the dividend distribution agenda.
In this agenda, the company will distribute dividends to shareholders amounting to 40% of the total net profit for the 2020 financial year. Each Astragraphia shareholder will receive a total dividend of IDR 14 per share.
Halim Wahjana - Director of PT Astra Graphia Tbk said, “Astragraphia has a fairly good cash position even though its business performance was significantly affected by the contraction in national economic growth as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic. On a consolidated basis, Astragraphia recorded a net revenue of IDR 3.35 trillion and was able to generate a net profit of IDR 48 billion, where the largest contribution to net revenue was obtained from the core business of document solutions."
Previously, Astragraphia distributed an interim dividend on 20 October 2020 amounting to IDR 5 and the remaining IDR 9 will be paid on 12 May 2021. (LM)
