JAKARTA - Pintek (PT Pinduit Teknologi Indonesia), a financial technology company that provides financing for the education sector, continues to support the development of the education ecosystem. On this occasion, Pintek officially collaborated with the Royal Lentera Biru Foundation, to provide social programs related to access to digitalization of education for educational institutions in Yogyakarta that were affected by the pandemic.
This collaboration is expected to be able to contribute to the mission of the Royal Lentera Biru Foundation in encouraging the growth of the education ecosystem in the Yogyakarta region. The Royal Lentera Biru Foundation is a foundation based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia founded and chaired by Gusti Kanjeng Ratu Mangkubumi (GKR Mangkubumi) of the Yogyakarta Palace whose mission is to support social activities that empower Indonesian people with better access to education, health and public welfare.
Tommy Yuwono, as the Co-Founder and President Director of Pintek added, "The various challenges from the pandemic are slowing down the current course of education, including the difficulty of educational institutions adapting to the implementation of technology in supporting remote learning. In addition to providing social programs to help digitize education through the Tataskola platform, Pintek will also carry out socialization and incubation activities for students in the province of Yogyakarta in order to foster an entrepreneurial spirit.
