JAKARTA. PT Chitose Internasional Tbk (CINT) to distribute cash dividends of IDR 1 billion or IDR 1 per share from net profit for the 2020 financial year.
In the disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), CINT Management explained that cash dividends will be distributed to shareholders, whose names are recorded in the Shareholders Register as of April 26, 2021. Meanwhile, dividend payments will be made on May 11, 2021.
This decision has been approved by the CINT Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), which was held on Wednesday (14/4). In this meeting, the shareholders of CINT also agreed on a sales target of IDR 347.2 billion and a net profit of IDR 20.8 billion in 2021.
"Based on the target plan that has been made, the company will finance capital expenditures from its own funds, amounting to IDR 2.6 billion to increase capacity and product quality," said CINT Management.
According to idnfinancials.com data, 70.22% of CINT's shares are owned by PT Tritirta Inti Mandiri as of December 31, 2021. Then as much as 6.02% of the shares are owned by Niven Holding Limited, 1.23% of the shares are owned by PT Bina Analisindo Semesta, 0, 35% of shares are owned by Benny Sutjianto, and the remaining 22.19% is owned by public investors.
