JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) today approved the dividend distribution agenda for the 2020 financial year.
Through a release received by idnfinancials.com, the company recorded a 2020 net profit of IDR 16.16 trillion. Of this amount, IDR 4.61 trillion or IDR 114 per share was distributed as cash dividends, including an interim dividend of IDR 27 per share which was paid on 27 October 2020.
Then, the remaining IDR 87 per share or equivalent to IDR 3.52 trillion will be paid on May 25, 2021 to shareholders whose names are recorded on May 4, 2021.
The remaining net profit of the company amounting to Rp. 11.54 trillion was recorded as retained earnings. (LM)
