PYFA joins Fullerton Health Indonesia Group

JAKARTA - PT Pyfa Investama Medika (PIM), a subsidiary of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) has taken over share as a minority shareholder in four companies under the Fullerton Health Indonesia Group (FHIG), which is engaged in the medical sector. This was conveyed by Nadia Miranty Verdiana, Corporate Secretary of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) in an information disclosure quoted on Friday (23/4).

She conveyed that the four companies include PT Tirta Medical Center (EMC), PT Fullerton Health Indonesia (FHI), PT Global Assistance and Healthcare (GAH), and PT Global Assistance Medika (GAM). "The share ownership takeover value is IDR 25.85 billion," she said.

PIM is a subsidiary of PYFA with 99% ownership and the share purchase agreement with the four companies was carried out yesterday (21/4). There is no affiliation between PIM and the four companies. "The share take-over transaction is to expand PYFA's business," she said. (LK/LM)
