JAKARTA. PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) would issue its Shelf-Registration Bond V Phase I Year 2021 of IDR 600 billion starting from April 26 to May 5, 2021. The bonds to be offered would consist of two series, A and B, with 370 days period each, and three years guaranteed with full commitment.
Based on the concise prospectus quoted Friday (23/4), the gathered funds would be allotted to investment financing, working capital, and multifunction financing. As of September 2020, BFIN’s assets were recorded at IDR 16.74 trillion, liabilities IDR 10.44 trillion, and equity IDR 6.29 trillion.
In issuing this bond, BFIN has received an A+ rating (Single A plus) from PT Fitch Rating Indonesia. The assigned underwriters for this issuance include PT BNI Sekuritas, PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, PT DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM).
