JAKARTA – PT Sinar Menara Deli (SMD), a subsidiary of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN), would finalise the development of three apartment towers in Superblok City Deli Medan (SCDM), North Sumatera, by the end of the year. Daniel Ongkowidjaja, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Podomoro City Deli Medan, announced the plan through a press conference, quoted Wednesday (28/4).
“The handover for the remaining apartment units, including Liberty, Lincoln, and Lexington, would be completed by the end of the year. The construction of those towers is already at 95%,” Ongkowidjaja explained.
According to Ongkowidjaja, there have been 37 units utilised by the consumers out of 174 units handed over in those three apartment towers. Other 426 units are waiting to be delivered to the customers.
SCDM was located in a 5.2-hectare area, which has been worked on since 2014. That land was also the location of Tribeca Condominium with two towers and 516 apartment units. “Almost all projects have been finished, including Deli Park Mall that has been running since 2019,” Ongkowidjaja added.
