Adi Sarana earned IDR 200 billion credits from Bank CTBC

JAKARTA -  PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA), a well-known car rental company, received an IDR 200 billion loan from PT Bank CTBC Indonesia. Hindra Tanuwijaya, the Corporate Secretary of Adi Sarana Armada, disclosed this news through the information disclosure, quoted Monday (3/5).

According to Tanuwijaya, the said loan facility was officially issued starting last week (29/4). It would be allotted to add more units to the fleets to be rented to the customers. “The revenue would then go up, thus bringing the business along with it,” Tanuwijaya asserted.

As of December 2020, ASSA recorded the cost of its assets acquisition in the form of the rental vehicle reached 4.8 trillion and the inventory vehicle up to IDR 251.40 billion. During the same period in 2019, the costs for the said two were IDR 4.52 trillion and IDR 381.50 billion, respectively.

In 2020, the company secured revenue totalling IDR 3.03 trillion, slightly increasing from IDR 2.33 trillion in 2019. The most significant contributor in 2020 was passenger car rental and auto pool of IDR 1.26 trillion. Then, the shipping services added IDR 794.72 billion, used vehicles sales IDR 380.56 billion, driver services IDR 284.45 billion, auction services IDR 177.74 billion, and logistics IDR 139.72 billion.
