Djasa Ubersakti expands to mining and excavation support

JAKARTA – PT Djasa Ubersakti Tbk (PTDU) would branch out to develop new mining and excavation support businesses. This initiative would be decided in the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting to be held two weeks later (21/5).

“Based on the financial assessment, evaluation, and analysis, as well as other projections, the plan to add more business activities seems feasible for the company,” Pio Hizkia Wehantouw, the Director of Djasa Ubersakti, asserted in the information disclosure, quoted today (5/5).

According to Wehantouw, the said initiative would add to the diversity and enhance the company’s performance. PTDU seeks to gain IDR 335.07 billion operating revenue, IDR 36.89 billion gross profit, and IDR 3.07 billion comprehensive income by the end of the year. Meanwhile, by 2022, these numbers are projected to reach IDR 468.28 billion, IDR 89.90 billion, and IDR 37.94 billion, respectively.

As of March 2021, the company has secured four construction projects, including the Islamic University of Palu reconstruction project; the revitalisation of type-A Terminal in Banjar, West Java; the revitalisation of type-A Terminal in Patria, Blitar, East Java; and police’s forensic laboratory construction in Pontianak and Manado.
